Subscription Policy
Palisade subscriptions deliver your Bioidentical Lactoferrin Gummies on a regular schedule, so you never run out. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Plans
- Monthly: one bag (60 gummies, a 30-day supply) every 30 days, at $71.10 per delivery.
- 3-Month Supply: three bags (a 90-day supply) every 90 days. Your first order is charged at the welcome-offer price shown at checkout. After that it renews every 90 days at [$189.60].
Every subscription order ships free. The price you'll pay is shown at checkout before you subscribe.
When you're charged
We charge the payment method on file on each renewal date, then ship your order. If a payment fails, we'll email you, and your order ships once payment goes through.
Managing your subscription
Log in to your account on heypalisade.com to:
- skip or delay your next delivery
- change how often it arrives
- update your shipping address or payment method
- cancel
Make changes before your next renewal date for them to apply to that order. For anything else, email support@heypalisade.com.
Cancel anytime
There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancel in your account or by emailing support@heypalisade.com. If you cancel after a renewal has been charged but before it ships, we'll cancel that order and refund it in full. Once an order has shipped, our 30-day guarantee applies. See our [Refund Policy].
Changes to your subscription
If we change the price or terms of your subscription, we'll email you before your next charge.
